Cerritos Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services, including but not limited to spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, and related services in Cerritos, CA and surrounding areas. The scope of any specific job is defined in the written estimate provided to the customer before work begins.
Free on-site estimates are provided without obligation. A written estimate will outline the scope of work, materials, and pricing. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary from the estimate if conditions discovered during the work differ materially from those observed at the time of the estimate. Any changes to scope or pricing will be communicated to and approved by the customer before proceeding.
Appointments and job start dates are scheduled by mutual agreement. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by calling (626) 517-0609 or emailing info@insulationcerritos.com. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover the cost of reserved labor and materials. We reserve the right to reschedule if conditions prevent safe or effective completion of work.
Payment terms will be specified in your written estimate or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept payment by check, cash, or electronic transfer as outlined in your estimate. Unpaid balances may be subject to a late payment fee and collection action if not resolved within 30 days of the invoice date.
You agree to provide accurate information about your property and project needs. You are responsible for ensuring we have safe and reasonable access to the work area on the scheduled date. Any failure to provide access on the scheduled date may result in a rescheduling fee.
We stand behind our work. If a defect in our workmanship is identified within one year of project completion, we will return to address it at no additional charge. This warranty covers labor and workmanship only. It does not cover damage caused by events outside our control, including structural movement, water intrusion, or conditions that existed prior to our work. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and subject to the terms of the respective manufacturer.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cerritos Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to any customer for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid by that customer for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Except as expressly stated in a written service agreement, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, beyond those required by applicable law. We make no warranty that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific result or outcome will be achieved.
